Testimonials

“I can't recommend Kym McDonald highly enough as a Yoga teacher, educator, therapist, mentor and course facilitator. The Yoga Therapy course offered at Yogic Wisdom is deeply embedded in authentic teachings and tradition as well as a modern understanding of psychology, pathology and healing as a holistic experience that embraces each individual and puts them back in the flow of life.

The Yoga Therapy course taught me so much - not only about others, but myself and life. It's a truly rich and rewarding experience, brought to life by Kym and the dozens of live case studies. I feel as though my understanding of how Yoga works has deepened so much and feel confident to offer just about anyone a practice that will support them towards greater wellness.

This is such a gift in an age where rates of preventable chronic health problems - both physical and mental - are so high. To be able to empower a student to pursue health and connect back to themselves through their own habits and the body's own innate healing systems is rewarding and seems at times almost magical - only it is a science and art that can most definitely be learnt. Kym's passion and drive to share this with as many therapists and students as possible is an inspiration. The group learning too is supportive and everyone learns from each other.”  - G Coren

“One thing that is so unique about our training at Yogic Wisdom was the integration of modern medicine with the yogic tools we learned during the course.  Our live case studies gave us deep insight into everyday conditions, and their combinations, and an in-depth application of how we construct a personalised Yoga Therapy practice to support each client's distinctive needs.” - L Peters

“I can now incorporate Yoga Therapy into the service offerings available through my business for both clients and staff.  The Yogic Wisdom course offers practical hands on learning and it has empowered me to use the tools of yoga simply yet so effectively with great outcomes. I can’t recommend this course highly enough.” - Lisa Relic ( Owner/Director Coco Skin Laser Health)
