Testimonials

“There are many options in the market to study yoga teaching, especially those offering a more Westernised fast-track, so what set Yogic Wisdom apart for me was the depth of knowledge covered and the adherence to traditional yogic foundations and Ayurveda practices. I wanted to be able to support clients with a deeper understanding and awareness, one that let me go beyond showing them how to do an asana correctly.”  - Alexandria Joy, Yoga Teacher and Therapy Training

“I took the Yoga Teacher Training course in 2018 and though this course I began to learn and grow in ways I’d never imagined, it was genuinely transformational. I met and was taught by beautiful people who encouraged and inspired me – and who continue to do so. Initially I was concerned because I was overweight but I soon realised ‘Yoga is for every BODY’.  I am so proud of myself for completing this course and I continue to practice yoga and meditation at YW and encourage others to do the same. “ - Desley, Yoga Teacher Training

“Studying Yoga Teacher Training was the beginning of an amazing and expansive journey for me.  Yogic Wisdom's course explores the roots of traditional yoga and helped me establish a daily practice that has had a profound affect on my life and spirit.  By taking this course, not only will you be a fully qualified and confident yoga teacher- you will be investing in yourself.”  - Renee, Yoga Teacher and Therapy student
