“I’ve been practicing yoga for about 10 years, possibly a bit longer, and teaching for about 3 years. Studying Yoga Therapy has brought so much more depth into my personal practice as well as my yoga teaching. While I have been aware of the amazing transformations that can happen from yoga, my gratitude, appreciation and understanding of how to prescribe yoga to individual needs has expanded immensely. While I know I have so much to learn, I also feel so much more empowered to contribute positively to my own life and that of others. The teaching team at Yogic Wisdom bring a diverse array of knowledge and experience which has provided both a great foundation to the course as well as an inspiration. Studying Yoga Therapy at Yogic Wisdom has been an extremely positive decision benefiting myself, my family and all the people my life interacts with.”
