Monday Morning Beginners Class With Bel

In this beginners class you will learn breath, movement and relaxation techniques. Modifications are provided for all abilities and injuries, everyone is absolutely welcome!

Bel has a background in nursing, with a particular interest in sports medicine and health promotion.
Restore balance to your body and mind, by simply come along at 9.15am to meet Bel and to start your class at  9.30am, Duration is One hour all equipment provided  $20 a class OR $15 Concession
