Join our Over 55’s classes
Over 55’s yoga classes are specially adapted and modified yoga to suit all individuals and bodies. Students are encouraged to work to their own capability, comfortably and with ease. The teachers will provide guidance, instructions and support to enable students to get the most benefit out of a class, irrespective of any health conditions.
Common health conditions that are assisted with yoga are:
- High blood pressure
- Hip and knee restrictions
